The order arose from a supplier account that was disputed and that quoted the ABN of Supavest Pty Ltd instead of our operating company, 1 Contract Property Pty Ltd trading as Supavest. That account has been paid in full.
Supavest has lodged the required statutory report with the liquidator and has commenced an application to the Court to terminate the winding up.We expect the application to be heard within the coming weeks and will update this page when the Court has made its decision.

All client contracts, settlements, construction, property management and rent distributions continue as normal with the companies named in each client's documents.
