Reporting To: Director of Sales

This is a commission-only role with realistic OTE of $690,000+ per year (based on 15 Single-Part Contracts per month).

Role Responsibilities

Sell & Close Deals – Single-Part Contracts & TIC Property solutions

Grow the Network – Enrol accountants, planners, brokers, and builders into our B2B programs

Represent Supavest – Attend and sell at industry and trade events

Manage Pipeline – Track opportunities via HubSpot CRM

Maximise Earnings – Convert high-quality inbound leads


What We’re Looking For

Mandatory: NSW Class 2 Agent (Real Estate) licence (required for commission-only sales)

Proven closer with a strong track record of exceeding targets

Persuasive communicator able to influence and build trust with B2B partners

Self-motivated & disciplined, thriving in a commission-only environment

Experience in property or investments highly valued
